Certain matters relating to the Investment Corporation, as prescribed by the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (the “Investment Trust Act”) and the Articles of Incorporation, are determined at the General Meeting of Unitholders, which is composed of unitholders.

The General Meeting of Unitholders of the Investment Corporation is, in principle, held at least once every two years.
