As specified by the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Act (the “Investment Trust Act”) and the Articles of Incorporation, certain matters relating to the Investment Corporation’s business are determined by the General Unitholders’ Meeting constituted by the unitholders.
The General Unitholders’ Meeting of the Investment Corporation is held in principle at least once every two years.

The seventh general meeting of unitholders of Nippon Hotel & Residential Investment Corporation will be held on February 26, 2026 (Thursday).
