The eligibility periods for receiving and using benefits, as well as the dedicated URLs, vary depending on the relevant fiscal period.

Benefits

Unitholders (individual unitholders only) will receive the benefit points based on the number of investment units held as of the end of each fiscal period.

■ 1 to 9 units: 500 points per unit
■ 10 units or more: 5,000 points per each unitholder

How to Use the Benefit Points

The benefit points can be applied toward the room rate at the eligible properties listed below when booking a stay through the APA Hotel official website or the "APA Choku" app.

The benefit points are valued at 1 point = 1 yen, with a maximum of 3,000 points per room per night (the maximum amount varies depending on the room rate).

For room rates under 20,000 yen: Maximum of 1,000 points
For room rates of 20,000 yen or more but less than 30,000 yen: Maximum of 2,000 points
For room rates of 30,000 yen or more: Maximum of 3,000 points

*Eligible room rates include taxes and service charges.

Eligible Facilities

Facilities listed as “APA Hotel” on the APA Hotel official website (https://www.apahotel.com/), including APA Hotel Pride, APA Hotel & Resort, and APA Hotel Stay, as well as certain APA Choku participating hotels that are available for reservation.

Important Notice

Even in the event that the benefit points are obtained fraudulently by a third party other than the unitholder, neither the Investment Corporation, the Asset Management Company, nor the APA Group shall bear any responsibility or liability toward the unitholder.

◆Q2　How many points can I use if I stay for multiple nights or book multiple rooms?
◆A2　The maximum limit is 3,000 yen per room per night (the maximum amount varies depending on the room rate). If you book two or more nights or rooms, the total limit of applicable points will increase accordingly based on the number of nights and rooms.

◆Q3　Can I give my benefit points to family members or friends?
◆A3　No. The benefit points are non-transferable and cannot be given to any third party, including family members or friends.
